In order to make an appointment, we require a credit card number at the time of booking. This policy is designed as a means of conformity with our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Consultations:
48 hour cancellation policy. A deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed. A no show will result in full payment. No refunds.

Coaching:
24 hour cancellation policy. A deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed. A no show will result in full payment. Billing begins at scheduled appointment time, not client arrival time. No refunds.

Mock Audition, Commercial, Cold Reading & Professional Survival:
24 hour cancellation policy. Deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed. Actor can reschedule up to two (2) classes per session, and has one (1) week to make up any rescheduled class. Pushing class within the same week does not count as a rescheduled class. A no show will result in full payment/missed class. Class cannot be substituted for audition coaching. No refunds.

Parking:
Metered parking located on Bronson Avenue.  Enter thru the Bronson gate.   Bring I.D. to walk onto the Raleigh Studios Lot.  You name will be with the guard at the gate.
